I'm not cycling in, recycling about the same amount as usual, my eating patterns are even worse than usual :P But I'm doing great on the personal improvement front - going out a hell of a lot more, feeling pretty chirpy. Reading them ate up a good 5 minutes of VAGen hating time. I will make it a mission to check up on how you stick to them when I'm bored at work (often).
